Haha! When I worked for big companies I was totally obsessed with not mixing the two, to the extent that I was delighted there was no mobile signal in our LA home. And now look at us!

To answer your question on Notes in a slightly less public forum, Sabrina is s Naturopathic Nutritionist and dancer, and I am a brand consultant, facilitator, interviewer and yogi.

Wow that was a really brave move and written so well. Owning not bragging, not over playing but recognizing your own accomplishments and achievements, as you’ve said yes to life. As someone who also avoids speaking about my work for similar reasons, this encourages me to go and write my version. Thank you
